Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with our deliverables. However, if you are not completely satisfied, and you have utilized our revision offer at least three times, you are eligible to request a refund.

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

• Your project has not been assigned to a writer.
• We fail to deliver your order by the agreed-upon deadline.

Refund claims will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind.
• Delays caused by late feedback from your side.

The refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of the project that has been completed.

To request a refund, you must submit your claim within 5 days of receiving your order, providing a valid reason or supporting evidence. Our team will review your request and notify you of the next steps based on the review outcome.

While we strive for perfection, we cannot accept responsibility for any damages or losses arising from circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, delays, interruptions, or technical issues that may affect the completion or delivery of your project. If any issues occur due to inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you during the submission of project details, we will not be held liable.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes or issues arising during the order process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.
